Vacuum lines... what fun..

My Dad's new 89 MJ auto has some vacuum issues, or rather from what i can tell most all the lines are disconnected, but the engine seems to run fine. does anyone have a diagram how the vacuum lines should be ran(run?..) and what "large" hose connects to the back of the airbox beside the 2 vacuum lines?
