Waytec
Here is one for the hot rod, classic car guys. I am wondering is there a aftermarket/stand along cruise control system out there. I am thinking I want one for the MJ and the stock vacuum crap is too far gone. I would be much easier and nicer to just replace it all. I do not want the throttle cable only set up ether. I have one in my XJ. It will only set the throttle position and not adjust for changing road conditions. Thank You
Geonovast
You mean you want one that monitors the actual speed of the vehicle, not just lock the throttle in one place?

meljr
Something along this line should work: http://www.rostra.com/products/universa ... ostra.html Rosta only lists applications back to 1992 on their product finder, but the 1992 Comanche is specifically referenced along with several switch choices that should work, including a factory looking turn signal, wiper combination switch. In addition to Rostra, AudioVox and Standard Motor Products make cruise control kits and components. The Standard Motor Product switches will probably work with the Rostra control units at about 10% of the cost of a Rostra column mounted switch, but of course Rostra won't guarantee it. Dakota Digital, who manufactures digital gages for street rods and race applications, also makes a couple of kits for cable and electronic speedometer equiped vehichles respectively: http://www.phoenixtuning.com/zenstore/i ...
