Guanaco.13 Posted August 10, 2011 Author Posted August 10, 2011 :clapping: It only took two days to get to the house :fs1: But I have been so busy at work I only have had time to put the rear end of the lift on so it looks funny hopefully I will finish this week and post all of the pics soon
Guanaco.13 Posted August 10, 2011 Author Posted August 10, 2011 Also my U blot where so old and bent up I had to get new ones made thank god there was a suspension and spring shop near my house and they made them in 10 mins
Guanaco.13 Posted August 25, 2011 Author Posted August 25, 2011 After working on my MJ Suspension kit in my free time(which has been a little bit after work when I have time) and many rust bolts. I have finally finished.(will and pic's soon) :clapping:.................... but I still have to drill the track bar but I will probably just order the adjustable one from rough country. :grrrr:
Guanaco.13 Posted August 31, 2011 Author Posted August 31, 2011 In the never future I will be ordering the Rough Country adjustable trac bar and 3" Rough Country leaf packs to even back out the rear end
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 sorry I have been neglecting my writ up but here i some pic of the work i have done so far
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 this is a pic of my suspention kit need to find the photos of the it now to post.
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 then my master cylinder and brake booster took a $#!&
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 so did the upgrade to the dual diaphragm brake booster and master cylinder form a grand cherokee.
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 then try to take my truck to pass inspection and it failed for a exhaust manifold gasket leak and a leak form my rear proportioning valve. so i bought the manifold gasket and started take it apart till I found this suprise. :fs1: Ftw :headpop: :fs1:
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 So i bought the new exhaust manifold and installed it and i have recently order a adjustable proportioning valve for summit racing should be here jan 26-30 I hope
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 desperately need to get this smoky back on the road.
Guanaco.13 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 and need to get more pic's posted, sorry.
Guanaco.13 Posted February 2, 2012 Author Posted February 2, 2012 Well here is more pic's of the master cylinder and brake booster upgrade
Guanaco.13 Posted February 2, 2012 Author Posted February 2, 2012 I also finally took some pic's of my MJ after I put the 4.5" Rough country lift on it. Here is a side profile of my MJ it sucks it is a total 2" lower in the back than the front because of the old sagging leaf springs in the rear. But that is nothing that a 3" leaf pack's will not fix
Guanaco.13 Posted February 2, 2012 Author Posted February 2, 2012  My rear proportioning valve also took a $#!& so I bought a wilwood adjustable proportioning valve to fix the problem It work really good and brake better than ever now with all new brake pads, shoes, proportioning valve, master cylinder, and brake booster :wrench:
Guanaco.13 Posted February 2, 2012 Author Posted February 2, 2012 Here is my before and after 4.5" lift pic's Before After
