Plastic headrest clip removal

Anyone know how to remove the four black plastic headrest clips on a bench seat? One is broken and I need to replace it, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to get them off. On the bucket seats I have, I was able to move the foam out of the way and squeeze the two clips that hold them in, but the foam on the bench seat looks like it's glued to the frame...

Great pictorial guide. I used it when I cleaned my 2 dr xj seats. Unfortunately with a bench seat you cannot get to the bottom of those clips like you can on a bucket. The foam appears to be glued to the seat frame with zero access to the clips.
