tj21
I need help identifying where two hoses go, and what plugs into one port. Picture 1: Hose from firewall with nowhere to go. Picture 2: Port in Vapor Canister labelled "tank". This goes to fuel tank, but I can't find a loose line or empty port coming from the tank. Picture 3: Hose secured by clips on the firewall. Not sure what its plugged into as it gets crowded, or where it goes.
ComancheKrazy
That hose in the 3rd picture goes onto that nipple in the second picture. That's how mine is. As for the first picture, I don't know. My engine compartment is set up different than yours. Where your redish/orange hose plugs onto that silver bell looking deal (looks like some sort of heater part), mine hose has been plugged and I don't have that silver part. My black hose goes straight to firewall.
ParadiseMJ
The top pic looks like the hose to the vac cannister for the cruise (if it ever had cruise) OR into the firewall for the HVAC controls (blend doors etc.). The pink line is for the heater control valve. Second pic goes to the charcoal cannister and routes exhaust gasses back to the tank. Third pic should be for charcoal cannister too, just the other end should go along the firewall and hook to your airbox or intake hose.

My black hose goes straight to firewall. The hose won't fit there, its much smaller diameter. Does your picture 3 hose plug into an adapter I'm missing, or is it direct fit into the picture 2 nipple? The picture 3 hose is on the picture 2 nipple, but i just went out to look at it and it's been forced on their and is split so really isn't doing any good. My other jeep the previous owner has plugged the line with a screw and that nipple has been plugged as well. Concerning the orange wire hanging behind alternator, that plugs into a fitting behind the ac compressor. On mine two small hard lines run from the top of the ac compressor, down the back of it and the orange cable plugs in there.
