Tilt column

Can anyone tell me if a tilt steering column from a 94 Cherokee will work or can be converted for use in my 88 Comanche.

yes the mecanical parts will be the same. it will bolt right in. it is the wireing that will be diffrent

Sure thats the same column? I thought that they went to airbags around '93-'95... NOT the same column if it is.

 

If its the standard GM style, yes, the key cylinder will swap out between the two(if the columns are alike), but its kinda of a pain in the @$$.
