Broken screws in header panel

Any of you guys have any tricks for removing broken off grill screws from the front header?

Been there plenty of times. What I normally do is grind the screw flat, center punch it, then drill it out. Then take a hard epoxy of some type and plug up the hole where you drilled out the old screws. After the epoxy has hardened drill a hole in the center a bit smaller than the screws and your back in business. A bit time consuming but works very well. :cheers:

tried that the other day, its hard to grill them out nicely without botching up the fiberglass surround. I still need to find my trick.
