Been there plenty of times. What I normally do is grind the screw flat, center punch it, then drill it out. Then take a hard epoxy of some type and plug up the hole where you drilled out the old screws. After the epoxy has hardened drill a hole in the center a bit smaller than the screws and your back in business. A bit time consuming but works very well. :cheers:
