2000 model 2.5 swap into a 86 MJ

Just wondering if it will swap in. I have a chance a a fairly low mileage 2.5 out of a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, other then the obvious sensors, intake and such, would it swap in to my 86 MJ?

Not sure about all the accessories and such, but if I were to do it, I'd consider swapping in the whole MPI system, which would be a lot of work, but a reasonable gain in both MPGs and power
