terrawombat
The donor has remained untouched other than the recent body work. My girlfriend needs it way more than I do right now. Although, after the expense I went through to get the frame straightened, I've been tossing around the idea of keeping the '99 donor intact and finding another XJ that has major rear end damage to use as a donor. After my girlfriend returns it, I may put it up for sale since there really is no good reason to scavenge parts from a Jeep in such good condition. Decisions, decisions... I DO have the room, to an extent. What you can't see pictured are three motorcycles, one MJ, two 3000GT VR-4's, Chevy Blazer, and a motorcycle trailer. They're not ALL inside - but even my outdoor space is becoming limited. I had another 3000GT last month and I literally gave it away to some kid because I needed the space. The barn also isn't really mine - my Dad has basically given it to me to use for my metal fabrication shop/auto shop so when he says there are too many cars - it's his word over mine. But, that's not to say I haven't been browsing the CL ads for another XJ :brows: The problem is I'm going to find it hard to justify spending any money on the thing since my two current XJs cost me a grand total of $600. Don't think I'm going to have that much luck a third time around, but we'll see...
