Booster upgrade adapter size

I can't find the thread that has the sizes listed for the adapters needed for booster upgrade (the 2 at the MC and the 2 at the prop valve). Id rather not cut the new lines and swithch the old ones over and reflare if i don't have to.

 

I am also gonna get a new spacer for the brake pedal/rod bolt. I think it needs to be 3/8"ID to 1/2"OD (if i read the MADXJ page right). Anyone know the approx length.

 

I plan to try and do a detailed write up with lots of pics for very slow OCD types like me.
