cklanish88mj Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 ok i was driving home today thank god as i was turning into my driveway i hear two snaps i get out to look and my steering box sheered two of its 3 bolts where can i buy new bolts or if anyone can tell me the size of them
mvusse Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 IIRC, 1/2x4, grade 8. I never sheared a bolt, but one of them started pulling through the frame, ripping a tear in the frame at the same time. Patched and plated inside and out now.
