bed swapping

How easy is it to swap beds? I might be getting a 89 eliminator, swb, and would like to swap the bed from my wrecked truck onto it if i can't sell it first, as it is way nicer. The wrecked one is a 88 swb sportruck?

Any advice would be appreciated, and how much do those beds weigh approx?
