DansGreyMj
I recently replaced the column on my mj, and the column came out of an 88 xj with CC. How hard would it be to add cruise into my mj? What are all the parts that i need?
Akula69
You can search around in here, there are several threads involved in duscussions of that process. It is not difficult at all, several new vaccum lines, a brake pedal switch, and an actuator under the hood. all the mounting holes exist already. Unfortunately, the major hangup is going to be the two piece speedometer cable. The short whip that goes from the back of the instrument cluster to the sub harness from the actuator is still available, but the cable that goes from the sub harness to the transmission is no longer available. You could probably find all the parts at a JY if you can locate an older XJ - most folks don't even know what the stuff is.
