BPB Posted October 1, 2008 Share Posted October 1, 2008 I picked up a header at u-pull it. It cam off a 93 zj. I test fitted it on a 88 xj with the renix intake and it seemed to fit well. the only difference that i noticed was the angle that it comes off the colector, the renix goes straight down, and the h.o. was at an angle. the ho xj's cam at the same angle. Motion Offroad Posted October 1, 2008 Share Posted October 1, 2008 The Renix has the EGR system, where the HO does not. So if you use a HO header on the Renix motor you must do something about the EGR setup. Also it may "bolt up", but they are different as far as the location of the exhaust ports between the HO and the Renix goes on the head itself.
