JohnQ
Will a front axel from a jeep TJ bolt on to a comanche with no modifications?
87manche
I think so, I know a fella with a newer TJ that took a HP D30 out of a 98 XJ and it bolted right up. TJ's usually come with different gear ratios though, so you're gonna want to check that.
Mudzilla
It is a direct bolt in swap. The air pump for the locker runs about $60 each, or $90 for a pair from a Jeep dealership (if I remember right).
pingpong
TJ axles are lp axles, which might cause D/S vibes with larger lifts.

pingpong
LOw pinion. It means the pinion is below the centerline of the axle.
