  1. I have only been on this site for a little bit and haven't posted enough things to create a classified listing yet, but I am looking to convert to the aluminum cover for my 2.5L. I don't have many options for junkyards around here and haven't found a suitable donor yet and am wondering if anyone has one they can part with or can point me in the right direction to find one. I've seen for the gasket to use a FelPro vs50502r and a cover from a 93- YJ or a Dakota with a 2.5. I haven't been able to locate any of those valve covers online anywhere either though.
  2. When stripping down an old aluminum wheel to sand/polish, will regular old paintstripper take off all clearcoat without hurting the metal? Also, when finishing, most people like to use clearcoat so I've read. Can you just wax it instead? Or is that a bad idea because wheels are so close to the ground and get dirty so easily you'd be re-waxing once a week? Or can you clearcoat and then wax?
  3. I just bought a set of aluminum wheels, very nice, but the lug holes are slightly elongated (adjustable), so I want to know what angle of lug nuts would be best to use to cause the least damage possible, since the holes are straight through, no inherent angle.
  4. I've got two sets of aluminum rims that I will need to change tires on. When changing tires on aluminum rims once before, they became scratched. Anyone have any advice or know of tire tools that won't damage aluminum when mounting/dismounting tires on aluminum rims?
  5. Can anyone tell me the dimensions of this type of grill? http://www.ebay.com/itm/74-78-Jeep-aluminium-Rasor-grille-J10-J20-Cherokee-Wagoneer-75-76-77-/200905617566?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2ec6e8709e&vxp=mtr Only this, the round headlight type. 1975 Cherokees seemed to have them as well.
