This is what's under the hood of the Cherokee.Chevy 2.8 with all the trimmings.Edelbrock 500cfm carb,comp cam,MSD 6A,MSD Blaster coil,Crane rocker arms,Headman headers,Edelbrock Torker intake.The old boy who had it before me dumped some money in this little engine.Drained the tank of the old stinky gas and took apart the carb and cleaned it.Started right up and runs and drives nicely.Looks like I need to find a Cherokee forum for this build.(Any suggestions ?)

Traded my old stock wheels and tires for a built 700r4 yesterday.Only problem is it's 2wd..I need a 4x4 700r4.I also bought a gravity feed spray gun and DA sander to do my paint job right. My "old lady" gripes when I spend money on my toys so I came up with a solution both of us can live with.I've been bartering and selling my crap on Craigslist.One man's trash is another man's treasure.

Great looking MJ.I found your truck on Ebay first then on here.I've been watching it.You have a lot of blood sweat and tears with rebuilding this truck.I hate to see you get rid of her with all the hard work you've put into it.I know what you mean when you say you need more room.My 10 year old daughter rides with us in the middle of the bench seat with the seatbelts criss crossed.A little snug and not too comfortable but works.Good luck with reaching your reserve.Well worth your buy it now price.

I found some Ravines on Craigslist with good 31/10.50/15's for $250.Thanks for all the info on these wheels.I really like them.

Found some Ravines with good 31/10.50/15 for $250.These are my favorite stock Jeep wheels.I have 1.5" spacers behind them.

They are Ravines. Stock size, 15x8's. The backspacing is 5.5". I have 1.25" spacers in the front and 1.5" in the rear. The finish on mine is called hyper black. They are powder coated black and then painted with a translucent silver on top of the black. It gives them a pewter/charcoal appearance depending on the light. Actually after further research,the rims I found on Craigslist are like the ones you have in your first pics.You say you ordered the Ravines.Where did you order them from?After Googling stock Jeep rims I've noticed that Jeep has made some really nice stockers in the past.Any info on when your getting your truck back from paint?

Awesome truck!Are the wheels (Ravines) stock Jeep 15 inch?I've found a stock set on Craigslist that look just like those that I want.

I experienced the "death wobble" when I installed my 3" lift..I was familiar with this problem when I installed much larger tires om my Ram 2500 to..Replaced the steering stabilizers on both trucks with Rancho units..Problem solved
