Well Bill can't take the auction down because it has less than 7 hours left and someone has already bid. He told me that someone hacked his account and posted those pictures. He has a lot of jeep parts and I have bought many from him and he is truly sorry for this ad. We have some sick folks in this world......

Don't get me wrong I love a good joke just like the next guy but I guess since I work with people with disabilities I am just a little sensitive to material like that. The kicker is, is that I only like 8 miles from that yard and I have called Bill so we will see if he takes it down.

hey guys I was at a yard this weeked and they have a what I think to be a 89 comanche long bed 2x4 with a automatic 6 cyl, that runs pretty good. They are parting out and from what needs I can see on here they have quite a few parts that you all want. I already bought the buckets with tracks and Larry will ship. I know the truck has a sliding glass, all 4 flares that are in good shape and a hitch but give him a call and he may have whatever else you need. Hey guys, I found another manche in a junk yard, this one has a cargo light on it and I have seen a lot of chatter about these on this forum. Whats so special about it and should I get it to put on my rig? The guy at the yard said 25 bucks and it looks to be in good shape, is it worth it?

it had only been there about 2 weeks and they kept telling me we don't know what to do with it just try back. well I did and I even thought of asking them if I could get the axles and they said as soon as they are crushed they go on a truck to the scrap yard! Oh these guys are some jerks!

You guys will not even believe this but at my local yard someone dropped off a 89 MJ 4x4, automatic, bucket seats, all glass good, body in great shape but the motor was blown and had no title. I offered to buy it and I call just now and guess what, they CRUSHED IT!!!!!! :headpop: I want to convert my truck and this would have been the perfect opp. I guess I was not aggresive enough with the green. Oh well I just had to vent! thanks for the shoulder.

Duner, I will. See thats the whole reason I love this website soooo much. You guys care so much for your fellow people and it was a bone head mistake on my part to support my truck like that :oops: . I will always take safety into account from now on. I plan to keep the lift and eventually convert to 4x4 and I6 motor.

I only planned on it being like that for friday, just long enough to get the tires swapped out but that darn Noreaster storm blew in and it has been raining and wind gust since then. I would never dream of getting under that thing. :nuts: I really need a shop!!!!! The tires are going back on today.

If I were going to use a donor xj for the engine, harness ,tranmission, xfer case, axles, Which would you guys suggest? I plan to just a xj put it all into my 87 mj. I would like a five speed but my wife can not for the life of her learn how to drive a clutch. I thought it to be a good reason to have a 5 speed but she doesnt give me any hassles about my projects so I compromised and told her it would be an auto so she could drive some. I guess you take the good with the bad.. ;)

could you post a picture if you get it. I am courious as to what it looks like if they are giving it away and all it needs is wheel bearings. (sp)?

Hey guys, i know a lot of you are into changeing old equipment with newer model cherokee stuff so this website may intrest you. Only thing is, is that you must have a salvage licence to buy or know someone who does. A buddy of mine bought a wrecked 2001 cherokee for $400 bucks and it was only front end damage. After seeing one of the mj projects where the guy put the interior from a 1999 cherokee into his mj I got to thinking it would be awsome for mine.
