Great now you guys have me considering a chrome grill. This could cost me money,send some please! And not joking about the badges. Hell its a Jeep and its a lot more trail ready then one of those junk Compasses that they are on! Lol! Oh and about the free bumper, would rather someone pick it up versus ship it. Thanks, I thought about a chrome grill but to me it makes the truck look a little dated. Once I put the chrome Jeep letters and chrome Comanche badges on I think it will look a little shinier. Plus I bought a couple trail rated badges to go under the Comanche badges too.

Thanks alot! Spoke to Hanson Bumpers last nite and they assured me my bumper will be shipped today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I ordered mine in gloss black instead of the semi gloss. They tried to steer me away from this but I just don't thing anything but gloss would look right because of the front bumper on my 97+ nose is shiny. It's taking a while but the sales guy David Kampa has been doing a good job keeping me updated on the progress. Apparently they only tool up for these bumpers as demand requires and then tear down and build something else. Hope to have pics to send you next week with it on! If anyone wants my old bumper they can have it for free. Gotta warn you though it looks nicer then it is. That center section is rusty inside (the only speck of rust on the entire truck) and you could not tow from there.

Wow thanks, guys I'm humbled by the responses considering some of the MJs ive seen on here. Yes those are KJ wheels with adaptors and the light bar I found on E bay for $279 plus $59 shipping. I'm still wet sanding and buffing the new front end and will post some more pics later. Now looking for a proper fitting tonneau. Any ideas? Ive heard a ranger one is close but what years?

I asked this same question recently, So and old style S10 cover will work on my short bed 91 4x4 Eliminator?

Does anyone know if there are any Tonneau covers available for our trucks. Seems like there has to be another truck with the same size bed that will fit. Also Any rollbars if I decide to go that route?

It looks a lot like that white MJ/ Rubicon for sure (which is sweet by the way) But sits a little taller. I think the wheels on the white one are from a pre 2007 Wrangler which would make them 16" not 17s and the design is slightly different as well as the back spacing. And thanks for the headsup on the door panels not interchanging. If I need new regulators what years of Cherokee will swap out if any? Ps working on photo bucket pics now. Thanks Ricky

Wow, you guys are a wealth of information! I think I'm gonna go with Eagles idea of building up then shaving the new header to match the old fenders. I just can't bring myself to take anymore parts off this truck. I just added 2011 17" Rubicon wheels with 245/75 GoodYear DuraTracs (had to use adaptors but the wheels look perfect just barely peeking out of the fender wells) and a 3 1/2 lift to give it a taller stance. Also just had the original Eliminator decals applied yesterday for that true retro look. Wish I could post some pics to share but gotta figure out a way to shrink them first! Ive owned 34 Jeeps before this one(mostly Wranglers) but since I got this one my 2004 Wrangler Rubicon sits in the garage. Love driving this truck cause people are constantly asking me "Jeep makes a pickup?" And they are shocked when I tell them it's 20 years old. The New wheels make it look a lot more modern. Just wanna double check that I can bolt a 97-2001 rounded front end on to my MJs fenders. And also my door window regulators are tired (can't roll my windows all the way down without having to help them up) and I would like to switch them to power, so can I take the innards out of a newer XJ and door panels as well and have them fit properly? Id replace my whole doors but i have a nearly perfect 91 MJ s.w.b. 4x4 Eliminator (rust free!) and want to keep it all together. Even the interior looks nearly new. Ive read before these things can be done but I'm double checking! Thanks everyone!
