So I picked up this 90s Comanche with a whole bed full of parts. Owner insisted they were impossible to find and to keep all of it just in case.
i want through it last night and scrapped probably 25% and another 25% I’ll likely sell. If I can source it easily online why store it imo. Also some of this stuff is straight up trash.
Anyway he had a lot of random wire connectors, ECUs, and things I’ve never seen. I’m not super familiar, I just work on stuff as it’s needed.
The truck has a 4.0 from a 99 Cherokee and an AW4 from an 88. I suspect some of these parts are from after the swap. Any thoughts on what I should do? Also how would I test these??
I was able to determine the rest of the stuff generally. Most of this stuff seems like hoarded garbage honestly.
btw I have an okay tailgate, 2 rear bumpers (okay shape), and front header piece that goes behind the grill I think?? an exhaust manifold, a lot of door mirrors (good shape I think) and and exhaust pipe. A ton of triangle trim pieces for the mirrors. Also 3 sets of tailgate housings. And a long bed xtra large gas tank. I have a short bed, debating if I modify for that. If you guys need something PM me and I can give more details. Some I’ll sell but some I may just give away. I’m in PA.
