I just installed a new wheel hub on the passenger side . when the old hub & barring came loose from where it sits the shaft came out and was DRY & kinda rusty shouldn't it be sealed & lubed ?

my drivers side front bracket is broken at the rivet & the bench seat springs are broken & uncomfortable. so i need seats .....as well

ok good point lol ya i can add the seat mounts to almost any seat. they are kinda ripped & made with gray plastic maybe ill offer them 50 bucks for just a few different pieces thanks

ya the leaf springs are 150 & they wanted $100 for the bucket seats ,center console,doors,mirrors & tail lights I'm taking my manche to a spring specialty shop to have it repaired but i am going back the the wreckers for whats left of the 1991 2wd maybe i can just take the whole cab off ... i think ill just drive the manche stock for the winter then next summer ill build her in to my trail rig

thanks guys but its still 150 bucks for a set of used springs. I'm going to a spring & rad specialty shop and get them to do the repair . i called today and was told $100 bucks

a set of cut out leafs from any s10 or the 2wd 91 Comanche @ the wreckers are 150 bucks . all cuz of 1 broken leaf.... :fs1: did you ad the f150 springs in the front .....? how did you level out the front of your truck pete m ?

ok nice i found a 1991 2wd comanche at the wreckers pretty much striped only the cab is sitting on the frame & 2 leaf still attached. can i use them leafs on my 4x4 ? instead of fixing mine the 91 all so has 2 bucket seats & center console & i really want to change my bench seat . i asked how much and was told take what ever u want off it for 250 cuz its on its way to the crusher

I'm on my way to the u pull wreckers to get the parts needed to rebuild my broken leafs. while i have the back end all apart I'm going to do the SOA lift witch is about + 5" . i went to get the rs9000 gas shocks this morning & its rated for + 3" of lift so my Q: do i need to relocate my shock mounts to the top of the axle ? kinda makes sense to relocate them . has anyone performed this b4 ?

if i rebuild my leaf springs with say leafs off a 4x4 s10 & reinstall it over axle with 2 new 9000 gas shocks the back will be good ? . no point in geting the add a leaf ? my broken leaf is it just me . what is with the lower shock mount its like a mud scoop..lol

ok no point in upgrading this old engine. i will just drop in a newer 4.0 engine & ax-15 transmission next summer. seems to be a popular upgrade from the ba-10 trans for wheeling

whats this I'm reading about pulling the intake from a 97 4.0 and bolting it right on mine? I'm going to the u pull wreckers tomorrow cuz its $50 all u can carry so I'm thinking maybe i should add this to my list ?

as i was installing my new e brake cables i noticed that on the passenger side a leaf in the middle of the springs is broken at the axle area. i was thinking about doing the add " a leaf " lift can i go to the wreckers and remove a full set of leafs both sides from a mid 90s Cherokee ?

I found the cables at http://www.partsource.ca/parts/automotive-parts.asp just got back from the local outlet. will be in tomorrow morning $24 each :banana: score !
