  1. Do y'all know of any problems I might run into, if I decide to run theses rims? Ex: clearing stock brakes, bolt pattern, rubbing on fenders or sway bar?
  2. So i found this pic on this site, saved it, and don't remember where i found it, id like to ask the op himself, from which jeep he/she took them from model:? year:? and info would help Image Not Found
  3. Correction; it's not the turn signal, it's the rectangular light under the head light that's out(driverside)
  4. Ive got a 87 4.0 auto, and I keep blowing the parking lamps fuse(10a), my hypothesis is since I have a non-working front driverside turn signal, it may be the culprit in the short circuit that is causing the fuse to continually blow. If I'm wrong is this a problem that other mj owners have experienced?
  5. Orginal speedo worked fine yesterday, so cable being broken is out of the question, I'm wondering if I need to swap the "female" part that the cable plugs into?
  6. located under the dash, near the passenger side.
  7. ive got a 87 auto(column shift) with a inline six. so all the gauges work except the speedo. i took the cluster from a 1990 jeep. all i did for the speedo was plug in the cable. did i miss something? if yall have any pointers of where i should start looking for solution for my problem.
  8. so i took my new mj into the emission place so i could get my tag. one portion of the test involves having the rear tires on a set of rollers, and doing a certian mph, at the end they ask u to make a complete stop...... here's MY QUESTION would the rear proportion valve keep the rear tires from completely stopping? i don't know if the rollers are applying force or if they are spinning due to the mph test thats preformed before.. just thinking outside the box before i take the time tomorrow to look at the rear tires
  9. thanks guys, that explains why the threads i read didnt say anything about it...
  10. Ive read a couple threads on the gauge conversation, my question is over adding the rpm gauge, I have no idea what I have to do, I'm guessing there has to b a sending unit to tell the gauge the rpm? If so, where do I locate this part?
  11. how can i lube the cable the moves the window?
  12. so you can't just, remove the tail housing from your 2wd aw4, and put the transfercase on the aw4 tranny, and collect the rest of the 4x4 parts needed??
  13. I picked up a 87, 4.0, aw4, 2wd.. The manual windows have a small problem, if u roll them down to far, then u can't roll it back up, so u have to pull on the window so that the window regulator would catch and take the window back up, would this be easier to fix, or to just get a "new door" from a junkyard?
