  2. Not sure why it posted pic of my truck upside down...
  3. I just finished painting my 88'. I would like to add fog lights and possibly front bumper guards...My front bumper appears to have bolt hole for both, (see pic). Is it possible to get fog lights with the right bracket that matches these holes? I've attached a pic of my front bumper along with a Jeep Comanche brochure showing fog lights that were stock and my newly finished 88. Any suggestions to get the right fitting fog lights is appreciated! Thanks, LB F3365E35-EF49-4903-A075-ADA1BE9302E9.heic
  4. Just out of the paint show: My Stra8 88!...looking to add a roll bar and fog lights Other than that...keepin' it clean!
  5. I'm in the middle of repainting my 88'. The front inner wheel liners are shot. Are these available anywhere? Also, the Rear Bumper Rubber Ends are shot too. Thanks for your help! Regards, Larry
  6. I'm getting ready to "re-paint" my 88' Comanche Pioneer, (pic attached). It's in original black but badly faded with the original "80's looking" Pioneer Trim stripes also faded. I plan to re-paint it black with base coat, clear coat but am undecided whether to re-stripe it with the "Pioneer" stripes. I understand you can still get these stripe kits through Phoenix Graphix. I also want to undercoat it with some rustproofing material since I live in Ohio. I've seen just a few re-paint pics online with or without stripes. Some have a single stripe, some no stripes. I'm trying to avoid the "fresh re-paint" look and want it to look original but am not a huge fan of the "Pioneer" trim stripes. I know it's a personal preference but any suggestions on what stripes would look best is appreciated. My interior is maroon so I was leaning towards a single maroon stripe but when it comes to picking cosmetics, I'm also not very talented. Thanks for your support! Happy Comamche's!

  8. Awesome help! Thank you!
  9. My wipers work but move painfully slow on either high or low...they move like molasses in winter! Is it the wiper motor or voltage? Any input is greatly appreciated! I just bought this truck and am in the restorative process, (both me and the truck)!

  12. Awesome, thank you! I'm going to get tires today! Cooper Discoverer HT3's.
  13. I just bought an 88' 4.0, auto, 4x4, short box, Pioneer trim with stock white 15" wagon wheels. I also picked up a set of 4, 2003 Wrangler Rubicon 16" rims, (same bolt pattern). Question: Can I run LT245/75R 16's on the Comanche without fear of tire rub or other issues? I know the speedometer will change as well, (not sure how much). I'm really looking forward to restoring this beauty! Thanks@ MJ 4.0
