I'm gonna try to figure this out, will update when its done. All the responses have been super helpful

you are correct sir

I’m hooking up 2 fans to the original wiring then one to a toggle switch. As for temp and start time and order I don’t have an answer. Good questions for me to think about though.

Lol nice to meet you

I was recommended this https://www.jegs.com/i/Powermaster/713/8578611/10002/-1?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI79Lp3dWV8gIVZz6tBh1YKw1uEAUYASABEgJAZfD_BwE which would need some modifications to fit. Also this one https://www.summitracing.com/parts/PWM-47902/applications which would fit right in. I'm just worried that this won’t be able to support 3 electric fans.

Thanks for helping out Hafa

Yessir, I want 2 fans connected to the original aux fan wiring and then have the third on a toggle switch.

I’m looking to add 3 electric fans to my radiator and I don’t know how to wire a switch or sensor to the third. To not deal with this problem I’d like to get a higher amp alternator. I’ve only found the mean green alternator which costs $400, I’d like to find something cheaper but I haven’t come up with much.

I’ve got more pictures coming, just wait

So I recently came across an older former Comanche owner. He sold me some parts for 300$. He sold me 2 aluminum radiators, one came with 3, 9” fans. A pair of taillights, sparkplugs, sparkplug hoses, distributor cap, ball joints, a new cluster w tac, and carpet. At the moment I’m still converting to open cooling and am waiting to find a larger alternator for the 3 fans ( I’m trying to find an alternator cheaper than the mean green). I also did the CAD delete, changed the calipers and rotors, fixed the lock in my truck, ordered new hardware for the drum brakes, changed the rear main seal, fixed the flattened transmission and engine oil lines and did a bunch of sanding and sprayed rustoleum on brake parts, axels, and some engine parts. I’m also installing a new thermostat and water pump.

I think there are some other fluids leaking elsewhere. I did some investigating and found some smashed pipes.

There seems to be an oil leak from the valve cover gasket. I bought a silicone gasket and installed it today. So far there are no leaks. There seems to still be an oil leak somewhere else though.

Thanks will do

Transfer case missing vacuum lines
makoa replied to makoa's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Thank you sir -
It seems that there’s something missing on my transfer case. I think they are vacuum lines to engage and disengage my front axle. Any recommendations on the part I need to buy to fix this and maybe some methods would be epic. thanks

I just bought this 88 sport truck on Hawaii. It’s the first Jeep I’ve owned and hopefully the last. I’m not much of a mechanic but I know it’s gonna need some fixing.

Also thanks for the reply @PocketsEmptied

I live in Hawaii and would like to drive it on the beach, but also use it as a daily driver. I plan on running 33 A/Ts. Do you have any suggestions on creating a custom lift kit?
