Some other help would be can I even use the trans & transfer case out of the 1999 grand wagoner in my 88 Comanche ? I'm sure there"s connections that would have to change.Is it capable of matting with the Renix ? Any help ? This swap is going to have to be done sooner or later.Driving to work in 3 out of 5 speeds is getting really old here.

I was Thinking about this conversion myself.I own a 1987 Comanche PU.I also have a 1999 grand wagoner for most parts.I'm also 59,and it sounds like alot of work to get finished.Even though I have a doner.I think I'll still be looking for a bunch of parts.My 5 speed is shot so its not a great loss.I also have an 88 XJ,but not willing to rob Paul to make Peter go down the road.The easyer salution would probably be to take all the 6" lift parts off the truck,and reinstall on the wagon.My only problem is the wagon will never be a PU.Any other help on the conversion or ideas would help.Thanks
