  2. Just picked up this old girl today. Many plans already
  3. I've been working on my best friends 87. Backfires through the TB History: replaced engine with known running engine from 89 XJ. Original engine had a bad head. That's a whole other story. New cap, rotor, wires and fuel pump. Refreshed and added grounds throughout. Volvo fuel injectors. Verified TPS settings Verified TDC and distributor clocking. Will replace CPS and drill 5/16 hole for adjustment. Anything I've missed out additional things to consider? Still has C101 but I have the wiring harness from the 89 to put in to eliminate the C101
  4. Got this for my buddy. 1987 4x4 auto pioneer Now located in Hood River Oregon
  5. Just an estimate for lift. 33" tire with 10" of travel with minimal trimming.
  6. I'm working on building a 1700 Comanche. One of the things boggling my mind is to get about 6" of lift while maintaining SUA. Must retain factory front mounting location and shackle length cannot exceed 6" eye to eye. The question is, will I need custom leafs or is there something that comes prebuilt that I haven't found yet?
  7. 1989 2.5L 2wd PNW

  12. Will update when I have time to review it more carefully. 1990 Short Box 4x4 5 speed unconfirmed Dana 44 rear axle
  13. I have an MJ with this kind of conversion done to it. I have been trying to find info about it. The cuts and molded plastic caps lead me to believe this was professionally done. I believe I found the supplier for the kit that was used on my MJ http://www.slidingragtops.com/Truck-Convertible-Kits.html Out of business, but I can tell you I have owned my MJ for 10 years and have no issues with sag at the doors.
