I'm lookin for a full center console for my 89 mj. and also upgrade the dash to the nicer one with the clock.

ok thanks man. also is the wires for the tach already behind the gauges now?

hay guys. i have a 89 mj with the idiot light and no gauges. what year should i look for to get the cluster with all the gauges? and my 2.5 don't have a tach. will i be able to hook the tach up when i install it? thanks for the help!! :cheers:

there 36 tsl. and yup a dana round back. still holdin up. I'm gonna try and talk him in to a 8.8 conv when the 35 breaks

its a 4.0 5 speed. locker in back 4.56 gears. leaf spring conv in front. idk how much lift it is. but ive seen this truck do things and go where most wouldnt

hay man just wonderin didnt you have a blue one that you were usen for a donor/parts truck? if so what kinda shape is it in. if so maybe you could work on that one. that red one is way bad off with rust.

well for rt now I'm just gonna drive it. lol we just found out theres a baby on the way!. but I'm gonna keep it 2wheel drive and drop a 327 sbc in it with a saginaw 4 speed tranny and go hunt some ricers. lol but i have a lot of stuff to get together befor i start that swap.

haha yea we do. ill see if he will take it out and tear up some holes when it gets a little warmer out side.

mud truck and every day driver. its got the 4.0 5 speed. 4.56 gears locker in back oper front. the leaf sprin conver only took a day. and its help up pretty good so far.

i payed 650 for the truck and its in pretty good shape. its got 150k on the clock. I'm already lookin for a tilt colom and updated cluster.

i looked at a.a. didnt see any thing up there so i sent them a email. i will try and upload some pics of the truck later. thanks again

hello every one. I'm new here and just got a 89 mj. 2wheel drive with a 2.5 and 5 speed. I'm doin my research on a sbc swap in it. i have pretty much found out all i need to know from this great site. the sbc is a 327 mated to a 4 spee saginaw. i would love to have a 4 speed in this truck with the sb. but the saginaw is a cable clutch and the truck has hydro. any one know of a converstion kit to put a hydro slave in the saginaw? or maybe run a cable and make it work.. any help or ideas would be great. thanks :cheers:
