  1. Hi all, Since yesterday My MJ has been having high voltage output, the volt gouge is almost at 19V when the rpm on the motor go up, and when i stop at a stop sign, it goes to around 14.5V. My guess is that the voltage regulator may be working incorrectly, but I am not sure, is the re any way to check? if so is it possible to change by my self? do they sell it at autozone or any other store? I checked auto zone and it said that it was worth around 20 bucks but I checked my alternator and I didnt see it outside so i think its on the inside, if so does anyne have any post on changing the voltage regulator? My MJ is a 4cil 2.5L everything stock on the motor and alternator is also original I guess, it seems very old and I have not change it since i got it 6 monhs ago.

  3. My MJ cam with no stereo or speakers, and I am thinking about putting a good sound system on it, does any body have pics or recomendations about their sound system? I am thinking about a component speaker system and a 10" subwoofer, also I have seen that in the back of the cab it has a hole for some 4X6 spekaers, but I don't know if on the back they would sound right. Hope to hear your opinion and see some picks of your systems. Thanks al always.

  8. Thank you all for your advising, today I went out to look for some tires and I found some General Grabber AT2 and some Euzkadi all terrain that I liked since most of the time I would be using my truck on the road, for my daily driving to work, I am planning on lifting it up a little, some 2 inches or so. Thanks Again for your advising, I would see you around the forum from now on.
  9. HI All I am new on the Jeep thing, I just bought an 88 comanche and I am wondering what tire size shoud i buy, it originally came with 235/75-R15 but they seem to be 2 small I want to go bigger, my comanche is a 2.5L 2wD, since its a 4 cilinder I don't want it to be 2 slow because the tires are 2 heavy so can you recomend me what tire size is recomended for a 4 cilinder as the biggest size? should I go with 30/9.5-R15 or 31/10.5-R15? Thanks, for your help
