  1. i was going to cut the lines, flare them and join them with a rubber hose like you did, but the dorman connectors look like the way to go.. thanks for the info
  2. i did a search in the diy threads, the only thing i found was a post about AN fittings...maybe i missed the thread??
  3. I'm swapping in a 94 XJ 4.0 into an 89 comanche... I'm using the XJ fuel lines that go into the fuel rail, which don't hook up to the existing comanche ones. i thought i would try to buy the rear steel lines (that run along the rails and do the bend around the cross member) for a 92, assuming they would work since its the newer style. i just can't find any place that sells them. does anyone know of a place that sells these? or any custom ideas to get around this issue? thanks mike
  4. Sweet, thank you guys for the detailed info
  5. i have an 89 comanche that I'm completely rewiring with a harness from a 94 cherokee. The newer style cherokee harness by the kick panel doesn't plug into the original mj body harness. my question is should i use the cherokee rear harness or does the newer (92ish comanche)rear harness plug right in, or should i splice some wires by the plug ..or maybe somebody makes an adapter?? any help or insight on this would be appreciated. thanks
  6. Thanks for the replies, I like the looks of the 97-01 with the overhead console.. Unfortunately, I have the 94-ish speaker bar.. But we'll try it, I should be short enough to have head clearance even tho I'm using the limited seats also:)
  7. Are you using a company conversion kit to adapt the tdi, or doing your own custom one?..I also have a 98 TDI I'm thinking about swapping into my MJ
  8. Thanks for the reply, I'll give it a try, even if I have to jimmy-rig the back, it can't look worse than the lack of any headliner I have now.. What about putting the Cherokee rear speaker bar across there? Or would that hang to low?... Just a thought
  9. Does anybody know, or has anyone at least tried to cut down a Cherokee xj headliner to fit in a Comanche?
