Does it just sit there or is there a way it's secured.? Must bounce around if your offroad correct?

I ended up changing the fluids. And bleeding the clutch more seems to good

So I swapped an ax15 into my 88 comanche. Anyways I'm having some issues. Hope someone on here can tell me what's going on. At first when I start it up I can drive it and shifts fine. Once it's been sitting idling for approx 20 mins, when I try to drive it for the life of me I cannot get it into any gear. I have to turn it off put it in gear then start back up to be able to move it.
