  1. I used 16 gauge to box it.
  2. I boxed the frame rail and then welded the floor pan on top of everything. I purchased the floor pans and rocker panels from CRC. If I had to do it all over again I would not purchase the long floor pan, since the Comanche frame is at a slight angle. It’s better to have two pieces instead of beating the crap out of the long floor pan trying to make it fit right. I lost two of the bolts on the passenger side so I made the following piece to secure the bench seat: https://1drv.ms/i/s!AnuQyEEIeeF8iS7Hw8tICjyfWy1g https://1drv.ms/i/s!AnuQyEEIeeF8iTdPo8s-XKShk196 Good Luck!!
  3. Yes, the passenger side was gone. The seat was held in place by the remaining two studs and when I took the carpet out to wash the studs were attached to it. I was thinking of maybe welding a piece of rectangular tubing with a bolt attached , I just need to find something with the right height. Thanks
  4. Hello All I'm working on replacing the floor pans on my 1990 Comanche and need help with the passenger side floor pan. I'm installing new floor pans (CRC) and I'm missing the upper frame support and the two studs that are located on the upper frame support. I have seen a bunch of post on replacing the floor pans but none of them address this issue. Any ideas on how I can add the two studs that are supposed to be located in the upper frame support??? Do they even sell the upper frame mount? I circled the part I'm missing in one of the pictures I found online, the other pictures are of my truck; Thanks in advance !!
