did the style 29 form JC whitney work?

Thanks. I have a 87 sport truck with 4.0 with 5 Speed. The clusters I have are from an 88 so should be compatible.

I have a full cluster with a cracked casing and a 3/4 cluster no Tach with a good casing. Obivously the prints are different but quickly looking at the prints it looks like they should come off pretty easily. don't want to risk destroying two clusters if someone has knowledge about not doing this.

Has anyone ever removed the printed circuit board on the back of the gauge cluster to a new casing?
