  10. can't you just get rid of that valve....
  11. No, this is the Sentinel panel: I had one of these but decided the wiring and all the sensors needed to make it work wasn't worth the efort. The 1991 factory clock was the only year that the blank panels below the clock were incorporated. It appears these slots were designed for indicator lights which never happened. The 91 clock can be wired into any XJ/MJ. I fitted in a W124 Benz 300E ambient temperature LCD display into the lower slot. There's a short writeup on Gojeeps site: http://home.earthlink.net/~jeepzz/siteb ... sentry.jpg as well as one I posted here earlier in the Projects section: Mercedes Ambient Temperature Display in an MJ. The outside temp display comes in handy especially during the winter. no write up, just the pic of the panel. mike
  12. is their a Dana 60 that is the same width usage for the comanche. don't want to do full lenght. Thanks mike
  13. "and the spacing is differant" what spacing....
  14. little of both. Interior need to find the panels, going to go with a black interior. may just paint the ones that are there. but upgrading the tranny to NV3550 and transfer case to NP 231 with SYE. oh and rear end it getting a Dana 44...by the way, what was the Cherokee that came with that from factory....year would help. Thanks Mike
  15. This is our latest project. and 88MJ. it will get new engine, tranny , transfer case, new interior, 4.5" or 6.5" lift and of course a new paint job. Live Wire orange will keep you all posted as this will be a long working project. Mike Image Not Found
  16. since my MJ has the pugoet tranny, and I am putting in an NV3550, is the pilot bushing the same. if not, do I use the pilot bushing for the pugoet or the NV. I remember a long time ago, do a sway on a YJ, but can't remember which bushing I used. thanks mike
  17. Towards the bottom of the page. http://www.motionoffroad.com/suspension.html I see that you have to make it a SOA, but what leaf springs do you use. Mike
  18. is there a lift that will give me room for 35's
  19. I know I can clear 35 on a TJ with a 4.5" lift. but what is the biggest tire I can clear on an MJ. I imagine I can clear if I did some fender triming. but may consider that option at a later time. If this has been talked about before, could you please direct me to the listing. thanks for the help. Mike
  20. thanks for the quick reply, you guys are much faster with the info, than my TJ forum. can't wait until sunday.... mike
  21. Hey all, new to the site, been looking around and seeing what to do with my new MJ. pick it up on sunday. I was just wondering if anyone has seen or put on tube doors on their MJ. I think i once saw a pair for the XJ, but can't find it any more. any help would be great. Thanks in advance  Mike
