  3. Thanks for the compliments. I Think the beer here in Germany really is the better one :D . And when anyone from you is visiting Germany I will invite him coming to my home to drink a cold fantastic german beer. Then (or better before the beer  ) we´ll go with the Jeep in the outback :driving: My next project is already planned. I want to make a engine swap to 5.2 or 5.9. But it´s not easy to get a good engine with transmission for little money. The best would be to get a crashed car. But all this is anyway very expensive here in germany  When I realize this little Reconstruction :rotfl2: I will spend my BlackPearl new shoes in size 33 or 35. And then I´m dreaming of a nice Longarm-Kit
  4. Winch installed Selfmade Crossmember (Mounting plate? I don´t know the right name for it) selfmade stabilization plates. I demaged one screw from the steering gearbox. It needed 2 hours to repair this $#!& almost ready Ready to go mudding. Dark picture, i know. A better follows next time.
  5. Yes it has looked like white marble :rotfl2: It´s a 4x4 badge. I don´t know who has mounted it there. I settled it, made the gold off and mounted it behind the doors. I ´think you don´t really want to have a picture of that badge :D
  6. MJ´s are very rare here in germany. Most of them you can get here are wrecked. When we need parts from XJ´s we can get them without problems and most of them don´t cost much. When you need especially parts for an MJ it can get to a problem. Another problem here is, every two years you must go to a technical investigation. They control the function of all safety-relevant parts of the cars like wheels, brakes, lights, steering, they look at the rust, window glass and so on. When one of the things are not o.k. then you won´t drive with the car on the street before you have repaired it and show it to them a further times. There are many legal safety-regulations for the cars here when you will drive them on the street. Also you don´t can change wheels or engine or you can lift it. You not even can change the front bumper or the headlights to a better one. For every little thing there is a law. Thats why it´s so difficult here to rig your Jeep when you don´t will have a trailerqueen. I don´t want to cut the fender behind the rear wheels, but I must protect them sometime. At the moment I have no idea how I will manage this. I think you buddys here can give me some ideas, I´m sure. Next time I will build a new frontbumper with winch inside. But it has to be so narrowly (I don´t know if this is the right word for that) as can be. Sorry for my bad english.
  7. Thanks to all Yes, that´s right  . The area we live is called Westerwald. In English it means Westforest. Also we call it the Wild West of germany
