GosaGT1988 Posted February 23, 2008 Share Posted February 23, 2008 A bought my Comanche about three weeks ago and the previous owner was having starting problems so they installed a little push botton that you have to hold in while turning the key to start the engine. JeepcoMJ Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 unfortunately, without more info like where the switch is located and where it is wired to, we can't really diagnose the problem. could be neutral safety switch, could be ignition switch is faulty. could be some other things too but, without knowing where the wires lead...we can't diagnose it.
