512tr
Have read somewhere that the Renix (87-90) injectors are 18.6lb/hr, and the HO (91-95) injectors are 21.0lb/hr, anybody knows if this is correct?
87manche
renix injectors are right at 19Lb. The popular swap is 19Lb injectors from a ford 5.0 motor. More nozzles, better atomization and dirt cheap. http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/Injector_Sets.html the prevailing place most people order from. I'm planning on junkyarding a set from a newer stang. Gotta be better than the OEM ones I've got now.
512tr
I have a set of stock HO injectors (replaced with bigger when I supercharged the YJ) I'm considering to bore the MJ TB and put in the HO injectors.
87manche
Could also be that they're the same injectors, and that the HO's just run higher pressure in the rail. I'd do it, you can always build a MAP adjuster if it runs rich, then you can tweek your mixture to your heart's content. Here's Marcus' writeup on making your own. http://gojeep.willyshotrod.com/HowtoMAPsensor.htm Plan on going that route when I build the stroker
