Maroon flip Jeep:

So a friend and I partnered on this one for a flip. Guy was a flake and several of us had messaged him without response, so I messaged him and he responded to me. Zipped down after my closing on my refi, and checked it out, he thinks it needs a motor and it wouldn't start, so I am assuming the worst and will be rebuilding a motor for it. 

 

Plan is to put a new motor in, do some maintenance, some cleanup, put a set of JK tires/wheels on it, and then resell.
