My 1989 Comanche build

I bought this 1989 Comanche 4.0 2wd short bed for about $1,200. I plan on converting to 4wd and doing a full 97+ swap, I know everyone does it but a clean 97 swapped Comanche has been a dream build of mine for a while.

Here is the truck when I brought it home.

First thing I did to it was the front clip swap and painted it the color I will eventually paint the rest of the truck.

My first car when I was 16 was a 1998 Cherokee so I've fallen in love with the look of this front end.

After I got the front end done I ripped out the bench seat and installed some bucket seats and the 97+ center console. Still need to get a shift cable to make the console shifter usable, also installed a tcase shifter at the same time, missing a shift bezel for that.
