LINT838
So, I do not own a Comanche yet, never owned a Jeep in general, but they are sick and I found a 1986 5 spd with like 85000, looks in good condition, new back tires, new brakes and rotors, some aftermarket lights, for only 2500! seems like its too good of a deal, only problem is its 2wd. I guess it used to be 4wd but previous owner changed it for some unknown @#$%ing reason. Current owner says it only needs a transfer case and front drive shaft. Anyone think i should pull the trigger on this ?? I think i should. How hard/expensive is it to to the conversion back to 4wd if it was originally rigged up for it?? Thanks
Wounded_Fighter
If it needs the transfercase, you might need the rear shaft as well. some of the work is eliminated if it still has the 4wd front axle in it, I think that would be a good 1/4 of the work. Share some pics :)
