AZJeff
I have several front axle parts for a Dana 30 off of a 2000 XJ that I would be willing to give to a good home. All the taker has to do is pay shipping. Here is the list: 1. One pair of steering knuckles. These are late model type, so they work with the later style caliper. There are minor "grooves" were the brake pads ride, and would probably work as is, but if you are picky, then weld them up to remove the grooves. 2. One pair of brake rotors. These are the type used in 97+ XJ's, so be aware. They have surface rust, but I measured them, and there is PLENTY of material left to allow them to be cut on a brake lathe and still be within specifications. 3. One pair of axle shafts. These are the front shafts for a D30. They have surface rust, but the splines and inner sealing surfaces are good to go. I recommend the U-joints be replaced before being used, as they feel "notchy" 4. A D30 "low-pinion" carrier and gearset. This is a 3.55 ratio carrier, with good ring/pinion, good spider gears and cross-shaft. Pinion bearings are good. Carrier bearings were toast, and have been removed. The pinion comes with it's yoke and nut. All you need to add is the carrier bearings and shims, and the pinion crush sleeve. ALSO AVAILABLE: . XJ fuel pump. This is for the 97+ models with the plastic gas tank. The pump is missing it's "sock" that functions as a filter, so a replacement sock or an in-line filter would be needed to prevent injector clogging issues. I have a few pictures, if needed, but the descriptions pretty much cover what is there. For fellow Jeepers, all I ask is that you cover the cost of shipping (your choice of methods). I am in Arizona, near Phoenix.
