Brake/turn Signal Light

Hello,

 

I have an issue where the R turn/brake light does not come on. L works, lights work. Front R turn works.

I am seeing 0-12 V on the lead to the light. When I touch the + lead from the lamp i see V, when touch the - to grnd i get no V.

I tried using only chassis grnd and/or the grnd lead that comes from the cab.( same grnd for the L)

Why does it go dead when I grnd the light? I bought a brand new socket for the bulb and a new bulb, same results.
