Sanesalvation
So I had to cut the two rubber hoses that lead from the filler neck to the gas tank, and apparently niether of my local autoparts stores carry them for the comanche, so my question is, would a filler neck from a cherokee work or no? Thanks in advance
ParadiseMJ
I don't think an XJ hose would work without some cutting. Good luck finding MJ specific filler hose at ANY parts store. Your state my vary, wherever you are. I searched the web for these...I live in California...the ones I found on-line, and they are out there, say that they can't be sold, or used in CA. Why, I dunno. They are molded hoses. They tweak just a bit so as not to kink. I made my own. Don't remember the size of the main hose, but the return/vent line is 5/8". The guy at NAPA found me some fuel rated hose. I took the whole neck assembly down to fit it up.
Sanesalvation
Ok thank you so much! That's what I was figuring to do, just go to napa and get hose cut, ill find a way somehow haha
MtnClimber
NAPA carries generic sized filler and vent hose. Some are straight, some have kinks, bends, tweaks in them. If you can, bring in your original hose and they can (most likely) match it up for ya
