what upper control arms do i need replace my stock ones i have rough crountry 4.5 lift

You could run your stock legnth CA's. Be that either the actual stock arm or any one of the numerous aftermarket choices out there.

 

I am running a 4.5" coil with 2" spacers on top of that and using a .25" longer R.E. upper CA. My caster settings are on the plus side of the fact spec.
