Comanchemodder
Seems like such a common question, but I couldn't find an answer I know the floorboards are slightly different, but will Cherokee (XJ) liners fit into an MJ? Obviously carpet or thin ones will, but I am interested in those heavy duty contoured/conforming liners which will buy me some time until I replace the floorboards. Here is a link to the Quadratec heavy duty rubber mats. If there is a heaver or better version, I am all ears. Thanks. http://www.quadratec...254_7001_07.htm
johnj92131
Should work fine. As I recall the FORWARD front seat brackets bolt into the same holes on the XJ and MJ.
Comanchemodder
Just to close up this thread. The Quadratec liners work pretty good. My carpet is stripped out, wire wheeled, Phosphoric-acid treated, and primed. I use the floor liners as a stop-gap to cover some rust holes on the passenger side until I can do floorboard replacement.
chastings
Comanchemodder, do those mats fit as well with carpet installed too? They look great, may have to invest in a pair. On an unrelated note, I have the exact same bench seat cover.... A full size 1911 fits perfectly in the forward pocket!
