I did a 4wd conversion om my MJ and have a 2wd:

 

BA 10/5 tranny-$100

 

driveshaft (shortbed)-$30

 

front axle (brand new top and adjustable bottom ball joints, wheel bearings, brake pads, all less than 10k miles on them) -$200
