My build date?

So when I was swapping my axle and cleaning the frame rail I came across these number stamped into it I was wondering is the top number my build date and I have no clue what the bottom number is?

These numbers are stamped on both sides, I never seen them on any of my other previous comanche's

Your build date will be on the drivers door. As for that, it is a build date, but it's more of a production time stamp. You can find them on various parts. It's not saying your truck was made then, just that the part was finished on that day.
