macho_burrito Posted March 27, 2012 Share Posted March 27, 2012 I finally got this one unburied from my garage so I could get pics of it. I bought this 2WD 88 a few years back with the intention of doing a 93 4X4 XJ swap. As soon as I got it stripped down, another MJ fell into my lap. I don't have the money or time for two projects right now, so one of them has to go. There are some rust issues, but nothing that can't be fixed relatively easily. The floors are going to need some work, and I have already purchased the repair panel for the drivers side. The rust on the passenger side is not as bad, and can be repaired with sheet metal rather than an entire patch panel. The truck will also need rockers on both sides. The tires in the pics are not the ones that go with the truck, I'll be swapping them this weekend. I do have a hood and doors to go with it, they're just not in the pictures. Would make a great candidate for a later year swap. I have the title and the VIN plate.
