It has 97k original miles, auto, 4x4 and many parts upgraded/replaced. New paint, new bed, gas tank, brakes, steering box, floors patched, and the tires still have great tread. It has a rusty's 4.5" kit with ACOS in the front, still spring under in the rear, JCR one-ton steering, JCR front bumper, rear hitch, nice rear bumper, toolbox etc. I have a build thread as well on this truck. It has been 4-wheeled, but always with extreme care. Basically, it needs the front end played with, because I'm getting death wobble again, and I really don't wanna mess with the truck.
