bbe Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 It roars, one of the first thing replaced when I bought her, functioning well but I sure don't like the sound. Any ideas short of a new one? bbe
kyleag89 Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 The fuel pumps in the MJs always make a humming sound. If your gas tank has ever been replaced then it will be louder. The newer replacement tanks are a thinner gauge metal than factory making the fuel pump noise louder.
