Gauge Cluster Swap

Recommended Posts

I have an 89 Mj 4x4 auto. with the column shift. I did not like the idiot lights and wanted a tach, so I performed the swap to the gauge cluste with the needles and a tach. Switched the sendin units out so the needles will work. Now on to the problem: My tachometer does not work at all. What is the problem? What can I do to fix it? Is there something I'm missing? The only thing that I see that plugs in are the 2 units that snaps in the back and the speedo cable. Any Help and Advice is Very Appreciated.
